He brings strong expertise in LCA methodology, EPD development, standardisation, digital verification, quality assurance, and operational management, with a focus on advancing credible and transparent environmental information across global value chains.

Shri Siddesh Ramdas Kadam is the Chairman of the Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB), Government of Maharashtra, providing strategic leadership in environmental governance, pollution prevention and control, regulatory compliance, and sustainable environmental management across the state.
With a strong focus on strengthening Maharashtra’s environmental performance, Shri Kadam has been associated with initiatives addressing air and water pollution, waste management, sewage treatment, industrial compliance, environmental monitoring, and sustainable urban development. His leadership emphasises effective implementation of environmental regulations while encouraging greater collaboration among government authorities, industries, local bodies, and citizens.
Under his leadership, MPCB continues to strengthen its approach towards environmental compliance, pollution control, responsible industrial development, resource management, and technology-enabled environmental governance. His work reflects the growing need to balance economic and infrastructure development with environmental responsibility and long-term sustainability.

Dr. Ranjith Krishna Pai is a distinguished Scientist at the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, with over 24 years of international research, academic, and science leadership experience. His work focuses on translating frontier research into technologies, national programmes, and policy frameworks that advance sustainable development, energy security, clean energy transition, and industrial decarbonisation.
At DST, Dr. Pai leads and contributes to several strategic national initiatives spanning Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Technologies, Hydrogen Valley Innovation Clusters (HVICs), Materials for Energy Storage (MES), Advanced Materials for Energy Storage Technologies (AMEST), and the Integrated Clean Energy Material Acceleration Platform (IC-MAP). He also contributes to international bilateral and multilateral collaborations in clean energy and hydrogen technologies.
Dr. Pai played a key role in conceptualising India’s Hydrogen Valley Innovation Cluster (HVIC) framework, now being implemented under the National Green Hydrogen Mission, and has contributed to initiatives such as the India–Netherlands Hydrogen Fellowship Programme. He also developed the Industry Research & Development Fellowship Programme (IRDFP) and has supported the establishment and academic development of India’s first M.Sc. programmes in Green Hydrogen Energy.

Mr. Nitin Bajpai is a Climate Policy and Energy Modelling professional serving as a Consultant at NITI Aayog, where he contributes to India’s transition towards a low-carbon, resilient, and energy-secure future. He is part of the Energy and Climate Modelling ecosystem at NITI Aayog, contributing to data-driven assessments of energy systems, sectoral decarbonisation pathways, and strategies supporting India’s Net Zero 2070 ambition.
With expertise spanning energy systems modelling, climate policy, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), decarbonisation, and sustainability assessment, Mr. Bajpai brings a multidisciplinary perspective to complex energy and environmental challenges. His professional experience covers diverse sectors including renewable energy, power, transport, buildings, industry, biofuels, and mobility, enabling him to evaluate sustainability challenges from both environmental and systems perspectives.
Mr. Bajpai has been a key contributor to NITI Aayog’s recent “Scenarios Towards Viksit Bharat and Net Zero” series, forming part of the core modelling and author teams across sectoral and economy-wide assessments. His work contributes to understanding the technological, economic, environmental, and policy implications of India’s long-term energy transition.
Dr. Nitin Wagh is a senior energy and environmental professional serving as Executive Director – Environment & Safety at Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MAHAGENCO), with additional responsibilities associated with Gare Palma-II and Human Resources. In his leadership role, he contributes to the organisation’s environmental performance, safety management, regulatory compliance, and responsible power-generation practices.
MAHAGENCO is one of India’s major state-level power generation utilities, operating across thermal, hydro, gas, and renewable energy generation. Mr. Narendra Toke is a senior environmental professional serving as Chief General Manager (Environment) at Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Ltd. He is a certified ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems Lead Auditor and ISO 14001/OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, with additional professional credentials in GRI Standards Reporting, ICAM Incident Investigation, and DuPont STOP Behaviour-Based Safety.

Sandeep Sreekumar is an experienced Industrial Digitalisation, Industry 4.0, and Smart Manufacturing professional, serving as COO & Head – Customer Excellence at IndustryApps. His work focuses on enabling organisations to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of Digital Product Passports (DPP), industrial data interoperability, digital twins, and connected manufacturing ecosystems.
With hands-on experience in industrial digitalisation and smart manufacturing, Sandeep brings a strong understanding of how emerging digital technologies can transform product information management, supply-chain transparency, and industrial value chains. His expertise is particularly focused on translating evolving regulatory requirements into practical, scalable, and interoperable digital solutions for manufacturers.

His expertise spans Life Cycle Assessment, environmental product transparency, decarbonisation, sustainable product development, and the development of industry-specific environmental standards.
With hands-on experience across diverse sectors, Gaurav has successfully contributed to 100+ LCA, EPD, and decarbonisation projects covering building materials, electronics, food and beverage, chemicals, bioproducts, and packaging product systems. His multidisciplinary experience enables him to support organisations in translating complex environmental data into practical sustainability strategies and measurable outcomes.
Gaurav has also contributed to the advancement of digital LCA solutions, playing a key role in the development of LCA software for a leading US-based LCA SaaS platform. His technical expertise extends to the development of Product Category Rules (PCRs), including a leading role in the development of the US Cement PCR and US Gypsum PCR, supporting greater consistency and credibility in product-level environmental assessment.

Dr. Mala Singh is among India’s influential leaders in green building design, ESG leadership, climate and carbon strategy, and Net Zero transformation. With over 26 years of professional excellence, she has played a defining role in advancing sustainable development and reshaping India’s built environment.
An accomplished alumna of IIT Roorkee, Dr. Singh is the Founder, Chairperson, and Managing Director of PEC Greening India, a nationally recognized sustainability consultancy. Under her leadership, the organization has guided the sustainable transformation of over 5 billion square feet of built environment across India, covering institutional, infrastructure, industrial, residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, data centre, and urban redevelopment projects.
